Terms Of Service
1. Service- With Hosting Websites World Wide we provide you with web hosting
on our servers with storage space and monthly bandwidth. You in exchange for our
web hosting service agree to paying the monthly cost or yearly cost on the web
hosting package you choose. You also agree to and are bound to our terms or
service agreement.
2. Privacy Policy - Hosting Websites World Wide will not sell your personal
information to any third parties period.
3. Limitations
a. Any content on your website which is against the law, illegal, offensive,
disruptive, obscene can and will be removed without any compensation to you. Any
nudity or inappropriate images will not be tolerated and deleted.
b. You are responsible to keep track of your monthly bandwidth. Once your
bandwidth is exceeded you will need to upgrade your hosting service to a higher
package. We are not held responsible for customers exceeding their bandwidth
limit resulting is their website not online. You will need to upgrade your
service based on traffic to your website.
4. User obligation - You will at all times abide to Hosting Websites World
Wide terms of service agreement. Failure to do so may result in termination of
your account with no compensation to you. You agree to keep your personal
contact information and billing information up to date at all times.
5. User liability- You are responsible and liable for all content on your
website.
6. Amendments- You agree to abide by any amendments made to this Agreement.
7. Web Hosting suspension/ termination - Hosting Websites World Wide will
allow a grace period of 10 days on monthly and yearly service packages from the
date your payment is due. After 10 days you can be charged a $10.00 late payment
fee. After 10 days without payment your service will be suspended until account
is up to date. Failure to pay your account within 30 days your account can be
terminated and deleted from our servers without any compensation to you. If
there is a personal situation that needs to be discussed stay in touch with us
so we can work with you.
8. Termination of Service
a. You agree to provide Hosting Websites World Wide at least 5 days prior
notice before your renewal is due if you decide to terminate service with us.
b. Hosting Websites Word Wide may terminate this agreement without any notice
or compensation to you if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Illegal
conduct, illegal material or any activity that is harmful or disruptive are
causes for immediate termination.
9. Limitation of Liability- Hosting Websites World Wide is not
responsible for any failures, delays or interruptions in the delivery of
services or content on servers. Hosting Websites World Wide is not responsible
for any financial losses by you with your website.
This is the terms of service agreement between Hosting Websites World Wide
and the customer ( You- web hosting account holder). By reading this agreement
you agree to all terms above. By accepting this agreement without reading it in
full you are still bound by all the above terms in this agreement.
